- 1 package marcona almonds, approximately 10 oz.
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- ½ Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp. sea salt, preferably Maldon

Start to Finish: 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 350°. Remove rosemary leaves from stem. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix together. Pour contents onto a jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes or until just starting to brown. Watch the almonds closely because nuts go from light brown to overdone very quickly!
Spoon toasted mixture into a small snack dish, including the rosemary leaves. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
These are delicious as an easy appetizer served with Manchego cheese and honey.
