- 1 French baguette, sliced on the diagonal into ½-inch slices
- extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt

For the Grill
Active Time: 15 minutes
Start to Finish: 15 minutes
Heat a grill or a ridged cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of the bread with the olive oil, them sprinkle one side with the sea salt. Grill without moving until grill marks form on the first side, about 2 or 3 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side.
If you make this indoors with the grill pan, you will have to grill the bread in batches.
