Mixed Greens with Pine Nuts and ParmesanHealthy, Fast and Easy, Salad, Vegetarian

  • 2 Tbs. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 5 oz. bag mixed baby greens
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese shavings


Mix vinegar and garlic in a small bowl; whisk in the oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place greens and onions in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and the cheese.
