- 1-2 Tbs. Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
- 2-3 raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Vegetarian, Family Favorites
Start to Finish:
Pour the Chambord to taste into a champagne flute. Fill the glass with champagne, being careful not to let the champagne fizz too much. Add the raspberries, if using.
Enjoy. Responsibly, of course.
Kir Royale is traditionally made with Creme de Cassis, a blackberry liqueur, which is also good. I just prefer the raspberry.
