- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp, tails removed

Heat a large pot of water until it boils. While you are waiting for the water to boil, prepare the rest of the ingredients. When the water begins to boil, add the linguini and cook according to the package.
Immediately after adding the linguini to the pot, place garlic and oil in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook on medium until shrimp are pink (about 7 minutes), stirring frequently to keep the garlic from burning (slight browning is okay). Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss shrimp mixture with linguini in a large bowl and serve.
Try using truffle oil in place of the extra virgin olive oil for a different taste.
You can buy cooked shrimp. Just heat the shrimp, and add the shrimp and sauce to the pasta.
