- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup berries (any kind)
- ½ banana

Add ice and yogurt to blender and blend until smooth. Add berries and banana and blend on low until smooth.
Lindsay: You may strain the smoothie if you don't like seeds. I choose not to strain it because it is time consuming and I don't mind the seeds—tastes fresh! And I used the all-powerful Vitamix blender, which makes a great smoothie.
You can use fresh or frozen fruit, but if you use frozen, consider adding a bit of sugar or vanilla to sweeten.
