Pre-heat broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey.
Check salmon filets for any remaining pin bones and remove any that you find. Put salmon on the lined baking sheet, and brush the filets with some of the soy sauce/honey mixture. Broil about 6 inches from the heat, basting with additional soy sauce/honey mixture about every 2 minutes, 10-12 minutes total. Salmon is done when the top turns a mahogany color.
Notes
Be careful not to burn the sauce on the salmon. The salmon will be cooked through when the tops are the appropriate color. If you like your salmon more well done, broil the salmon a few inches closer to the heat.
